Watch Facebook for announcements for meetings of the “Gainesville Native American Style Flute Circle.” Meetings are typically held in one of Gainesville, Florida’s public libraries. For this Circle, there are no dues, fees or sales involved with attendance. It is simply a gathering of people who appreciate this wonderful musical instrument. We often play a hand drum, various rattles, shakers and other noise makers to accompany flutes as attendees take turns playing their own songs. Players of all skill levels are welcome. As are folks who are merely interested in learning about these flutes.
